Im-prove 200 Dough Conditioner
Im-Prove 200 is a 2% no time dough conditioner for European or American bread and rolls, either par baked or fresh. It reduces fermentation time in all yeast raised baked products. It increases dough strength. Im-Prove 20 is versatile in that it can be used in any bread or sweet good that is fresh baked or retarded. It can be used in both automatic and manual applications.
