GELATIN BRONZE LEAF 150 BLOOM / GELATIN SHEET
USES: Desserts, mousses, glazes, jellies, aspics & more.
- Soak the gelatin leaves in cold water for about 5 miutes.
- Remove the gelatin from the water and remove any excess water.
- For cold dish: gelatin separately. For hot dishes: add gelatin directly with other ingredients.
- Refrigerate finished dish to allow the gelatin to cool and set up. Optional: Cakes or desserts with eggs or cream can be frozen.
- Remove from mold: Place a knife in warm for a few minutes and use around edge to separate from the mold. Alternatively, place the entire mold in warm water to loosen.
