If you’ve received a damaged/broken item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Contact us with a photo of your items.
If you received a wrong item, please call or email us within 5 business days of receiving your shipment. Contact us with a photo of your items.
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, or you refuse delivery due to damage incurred during transit, then shipping costs will be paid by BakersBodega Express.
Cancellation or Changes
Orders cannot be modified once they have been submitted. Canceled orders will incur a 25% cancellation and/or restocking fee. If you have any other questions regarding your order please contact us immediately at 562-777-225 Monday-Wednesday 8AM-3PM, Thursday and Friday 8AM-7PM, and Saturday 8AM-12PM PST. We do not recommend sending an email with an issue/cancellation request as time sensitive items can not be processed as quickly by email.
