Returns:

At this time we are suspending all returns on all items. All sales are now final. All edible items are non returnable, regardless. Please call us at 562-777-2251 or email us at online@bbexprs.com.

If you’ve received a damaged/broken item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Contact us with a photo of your items.

If you received a wrong item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the package. Contact us with a photo of your items.

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, or you refuse delivery due to damage incurred during shipping, then the replacement shipping costs will be paid for by BakersBodega Express.

Cancellation or Changes:

Orders cannot be modified once they have been submitted. If you have any other questions regarding your order please contact us immediately at 562-777-2251 Monday-Friday 8AM-3PM PST. We do not recommend sending an email with an issue/cancellation request as time sensitive items can not be processed as quickly by email. CURBSIDE ORDERS are subject to a 25% cancellation fee if the order is canceled after items have been picked.

Restocking Fee Policy - CURBSIDE ORDERS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN A TWO WEEK TIME PERIOD FROM NOTIFICATION THAT ORDER IS READY WILL BE SUBJECTED TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE. NOT APPLICABLE ON INSTORE PURCHASES DURING THIS TIME DUE TO THE NO RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY (As of 5/12/20).

 

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the items you are returning, we will process a refund thru the method of payment that was given. The refund will be applied within 7 business days.

All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee on all returnable items within the 30 days of the purchase date depending on their condition when returned. Refer to our Refund/Return policy above.

If you placed an order and received free shipping and you wish to return the items, then you no longer qualify for the free shipping. You are responsible for paying the cost of the return shipping.

Restocking Fee is applied when:

  • Customer changes their mind on an item(s), buyers remorse, or chose wrong item

  • Customer refuses delivery from courier

  • Customer returns an item but it arrives to Bakers Express damaged, defective, or materially different than how it was shipped by Bakers Express.

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, or the buyer refuses delivery due to damage incurred during shipping, then the restocking fee does not apply and shipping costs will be paid for by BakersBodega Express.
