1 Cup Granulated Sugar
Mini Heart Silicone Mold (or any other tiny mold)
Step 1: Mix the sugar and water in a bowl until fully incorporated and looks like wet sand.
Step 2: Fill the molds in with the mixture and pack tightly.
Step 3: Bake at the lowest setting for about 5 to 10 minutes to start the drying process then leave in the oven closed until it is fully dried.
Drop into your favorite champagne and watch it fizzle!
