- 4.4 oz Jati flan
- 1 liter of Milk
- -Boil 1 liter of milk on stove top on medium heat. Make sure to stir milk with a whisk to prevent milk from burning at the bottom.
- -When milk comes to a boil pour Jati powder and mix frequently to avoid burning at the bottom.
- -Pour liquid mix into a 4oz foil cup.
- -Place in refrigerator to cool and harden for 30-45minutes.
- -Now top it with Jati caramel syrup.
