-Melt your white chocolate in 2 separate deli cup. Color each one using Rose and Lavender oil based color by Colour Mill.
-Place white cake in your small mixer using a paddle attachment and mix until cake sticks all together.
-Scoop up your cake dough using a purple scooper. Roll it into a ball, then apply a small amount of pressure to give it a flower shape. Then cut a small piece at the top of your cake pop to give it a flat look.
-Dip the tip of your lollipop sticks and gently insert them into your cake pop. Set them aside to let them dry for a few minutes before you dip the entire cake pop. If you dip the right away sometime your cake pop will fall of the stick.
-Now dip the whole cake pop in your rose & lavender colored chocolate. Set them aside to dry.
-Put Rose & Lavender colored chocolate into your tipless bag.
-Pipe a thin swirl at the top of your cake pop, make sure to start at the center, and pipe one curved line on the side of your cake pop. Before it dries, sprinkle some colored crystal sugar on.
-To achieve the lavender and pink crystal sugar all you have to do is, take white crystal sugar add purple galaxy and rose gold highlighter dust separate and shake well. This will give your crystal sugar and pretty shimmer and color.
-Do this for both rose and lavender colored cake pops.
-Add your emerald green bow twist to your cake pop stick.
-Now you have a rose cake pops. These are perfect and super cute for Mother's day or any spring event.
